Refunds

• We offer a “no questions asked return and refund policy” to all our customers.
• If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you may return it at the time of delivery.
• You may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery for products with all original tags and packaging intact in case of any quality issues.

2. Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service.
• If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or violation of terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such orders.

3. Eligibility:

• The services of the site are available only to select geographies in India.
• Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible to use the site.

4. Conditions for Refund:

• Refunds will be processed if the product is returned in its original condition.
• If the delivery is delayed or returned due to a mistake by you (e.g., providing incorrect information), additional costs for re-delivery will be borne by you.
• Refunds will be initiated within 72 hours if the product is found to be eligible.

5. Colours:

• We make every effort to display product colours accurately, but the actual colours depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s display.
