We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 7 days from the date of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Products having an order value less than Rs. 1000/- are not eligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
Contact Us: Email us at support@ackross.com Please share order details & product images with the issue faced.
Request Processing: After you contact us, we’ll raise a return request within 1-2 working days.
PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
- Products must be in saleable condition:
- Tags intact
- Original packaging
- Unwashed and undamaged
- Damages from neglect or improper use are not covered.
RETURN PROCESS TIMELINE
- Pickup: After your return request, pickup usually happens within 1-2 working days.
- Product Inspection: Once received at our warehouse, inspection takes about 2-3 days.
- Status Update: You’ll receive a call regarding the status of your return.
- Refund: Typically initiated within 2-3 working days after product inspection at our warehouse.
REFUND METHODS
For Prepaid payments: Refund will be directly credited to your account.
For COD payments: Amount will be refunded by NEFT (Please share account details via mail). Amount will reflect in 2-3 working days in your account.
